The Miranda Kerr Reset Sweepstakes Terms + Conditions

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern THE MIRANDA KERR RESET SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by KORA Organics at 10960 Wilshire Blvd, 5th Floor, Los Angeles, CA, 90024 USA  (“Sponsor”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on January 8th, 2026 at 12:01 am PST and ends on January 31st, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, enter by submitting your email address at https://us.koraorganics.com/pages/the-miranda-kerr-reset-sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive: A health coaching session with Miranda Kerr, conducted virtually via Zoom pending Miranda Kerr’s schedule.

Important: The coaching session is not medical advice. Miranda Kerr is not a medical professional and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. Coaching is for educational and informational purposes only.

Prize is non-transferable, no substitutions allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry within 7 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 72 hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where permitted by law).

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and general location in marketing, promotional materials, and announcements, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
