PURCHASES AT RETAIL OUTLETS  

For purchases made other than via koraorganics.com please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy.  

 

PURCHASES VIA KORAORGANICS.COM 

KORA Organics will only accept returns of products purchased through koraorganics.com. 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS 

KORA Organics will refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. 

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing info@koraorganics.com. Include in your email your name, invoice number and name of product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty. 

Should your product be deemed faulty our customer service team will advise of the return or replacement process. Once received, the product is checked to ensure no more than 30% has been used, then a refund can be processed. 

If it is found that the product is NOT damaged or faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees. 

 

CHANGE OF MIND 

If you change your mind about the products, you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing info@koraorganics.com. Include in your email your name, invoice number and name of product. Once your return is approved, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund under the following conditions: 

- Products must be unopened and in the original condition 

- Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods 

- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return. 

- Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. 

- Shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer.  

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any. 

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in a refund being denied.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ONLINE ORDERS 

KORA Organics will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we receive it. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please email info@koraorganics.com  and include your order number and concern, so we can assist you as promptly as possible.

If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Should you still wish to cancel your order once it's been dispatched. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight, duties and taxes and any other relevant fees.
